PIN POINT FINALE USING TOPTRACER: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Media Release:

By participating in the Event, players grant iRange Toronto, Toptracer, and their affiliated entities the right to use their names, likenesses, photographs, voices, sounds, and/or biographical information for advertising, promotion, and/or other commercial purposes in any medium, whether now known or hereafter developed, globally in perpetuity, without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Players acknowledge and agree they have no right, title, or interest in any media, including but not limited to, photographs, video, and audio recordings, produced, broadcast, or published by iRange Toronto, Toptracer, or their affiliates concerning the Event.

Players waive any right to inspect or approve any media produced by iRange Toronto or Toptracer that includes their likeness or name and waive any and all moral rights they may have in any such media.

Players wishing to opt-out of any media or publicity related to the Event must notify iRange Toronto in writing before the Event starts.

Eligibility:

The Event is open only to registered users of Toptracer. To be eligible, players must register for the event within the Toptracer app and ensure they are logged into their account. Employees of iRange Toronto, Toptracer, and their immediate families are excluded from participation.

Event Duration:

Starts on October 24, 2023, and concludes on November 12, 2023.

No entries will be considered after November 12, 2023.

Course and Hole:

Naruo, GC (Kawanishi-city, Hyogo, Japan) at HOLE 6, 60 yds.

How to Participate:

To participate in the event, players must purchase a Toptracer session. Players need to register for the event via the Toptracer app and ensure they are signed in. Only shots that Toptracer tracks and registers during the event’s timeframe will be considered. Only shots tracked and registered by Toptracer during the event’s duration will be eligible for consideration. Any non-tracked attempts will be disregarded.

Determination of Winner:

The winner will be the player whose ball lands closest to the specified pin, as determined by Toptracer.

In a tie, iRange Toronto will decide the winner based on other metrics or a tie-breaker round.

Prizes:

1st: Toptracer for 2024 season, 2-hour unlimited bay reservation for up to 4 players.

2nd: Toptracer for 2024 season, 1-hour unlimited bay reservation for up to 4 players.

Prizes are not transferable; no cash or other substitutions are permitted.

Winners bear all taxes and fees related to the prize.

Prize Announcement:

Winners will be disclosed at season-end. iRange Toronto will specify the announcement date and method.

Liabilities and Indemnification:

Players agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless iRange Toronto, Toptracer, and their agents from any liability or any injury, loss, or damage of any kind tied to the Event.

General Conditions:

iRange Toronto may cancel, suspend, or modify the Event if problems arise that prevent the Event from proceeding as planned.

Players involved in fraudulent activities, such as using automated devices, will be disqualified.

Privacy:

By participating, players consent to iRange Toronto and its affiliates using the provided information for communication related to the Event.

All personal data will adhere to Toptracer’s privacy policy.

By participating in the Pin Point Finale, players acknowledge understanding these terms and conditions and agree to follow them.
